The Grand Final countdown in Portugal
The Grand Final of the 2018 European FootGolf Grand Slam will take place between the 18th and 21st of October in Castro Marim Golf & Country Club, Algarve, Portugal. Before the last tournament, Michael Wilkes is the leader of the EFT.
The Grand Final takes place this week at Castro Marim Golf & Country Resort, located in the Algarve, one of the tourist hot spots of Portugal.

Thursday, 18th:
⏰ 14:30 to 19:00 – Open Training Session;
⏰ 19.30 – Welcome Ceremony (Club house);
⏰ 20:30 – Welcome Dinner;
Friday, 19th:
⏰ 08:00 – Briefing at the Club house;
⏰ 08:30 – Walk to the Course;
⏰ 09:00 – Start Day 1, 18 Holes, Shotgun;
⏰ 12:30 to 14:00 – Lunch Time;
⏰ 15:30 – * FOURSOME event, 18 Holes.
Saturday, 20th:
⏰ 08.30 – Start day 2, 18 Holes, Tee Times Start;
⏰ 12:30 to 14:30 – Lunch Time;
Sunday, 21th:
⏰ 08.30 – Start Final Day, 18 Holes, Tee Times Start;
⏰ 12:30 to 14:30 – Lunch Time;
⏰ 16.00 – Medal Ceremony at the Clubhouse;
FLIGHTS:
The groups on day 1 will be not be drawn, but rather they will be placed. We will use the current rankings of the European Footgolf Tour to decide who will be placed in which group. The best EFT player will be placed in group 1, the number 2 ranked player will be placed in group 2, 3 on the rankings will be placed in group 3 and so on. The groups will be published on Thursday before the welcome dinner.
